deps.io specific config we're reproducing: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/build/CNG/-/blob/aa3d460897ef7a6a867fb15ec5b6ad89f330c34d/deps.yml#L35-45

After the renovate MR gets approved, we can remove the deps.io config for aws-cli in a follow-up.
