Publishing allure report has been extracted in to separate component (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/blob/master/.gitlab/ci/qa-common/main.gitlab-ci.yml?ref_type=heads#L8) which doesn't get updated by renovate gitlabci-inlcude manager.

Keep common templates and allure component versions in sync
