Adds a schedule to the sentry upgrades

Sam Beckham requested to merge samdbeckham-main-patch-62638 into main

The number of Sentry upgrade MRs is too damn high. This uses the schedule option to reduce these updates to weekly. I'm not fully sure if this works or how to test it, but it should work and only look for new Sentry upgrades on a Monday.
