Stop automatically updating glob dependency

There's an incompatibility with the cliui library that's introduced with the latest glob versions. We have two options:

  • The option at gitlab-org/gitlab-docs!4300 (closed), where we upgrade glob but not jackspeak (which means we don't upgrade cliui).
  • The option here, where we just pause glob updates for a while.

This option here is probably the better one, but we have choices.
