Remove Joao from auto-deploy-image reviewer list

As I moved from the Configure group to the Distribution group, I feel like I have to switch my reviewing capacity to Distribution related projects, as the review scope is quite broad in these two groups.

I will only keeps Configure projects that I'm still handing over maintainership.

Since I'm not a maintainer of auto-deploy-image, I'm removing myself from the reviewers list.
