Update config.js to add vue virtual scroll list

Sam Beckham requested to merge virtual-scroll-list into main

Adding Vue virtual scroll list to rennovate bot so it can do some of the heavy lifting for updating the library and get the ball rolling.

I've added myself as the DRI but this will change once I get an actual engineer to take this off me.
