Allow epic URL or reference instead of id
This makes it easier to use, as determining an epic's ID isn't straight forward. It's also too easy to accidentally use the IID.
This also adds some simple feedback about the specified epic, if any, to help prevent mistakes about the wrong epic being chosen.
