Update scheduling template to align with our planning process

Steven Wilson requested to merge mendeni-simplify-scheduling-template into master

Our planning process continues to evolve, these changes remove (largely) unused sections of the scheduling template to present more concise messaging for Deliverable and For Scheduling boards.
