With &12 we are moving several projects, including this one, to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/cloud-native.

The final project path should be https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/cloud-native/gitlab-logger.

From https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/charts/components/gitlab-logger/-/issues/4, it appears we are not using CI or registry for this project, so complexity should be relatively low.
