Drive the design and implementation of database sequence function in the Topology Service for Cells 1.0 project.

Expectations for participating member(s) of the database group

• Document the design and provide timeline estimation.
• Implement and test the database sequence function.
• Support troubleshooting in integration testing.
• Fix bugs in database sequence function.
• May be pulled off to work on active headroom challenges as needed.

Exit Criteria

• Design blueprint is updated to reflect the latest change.
• The required database sequence function is implemented and integrated with other functions in the topology service.
• The required database sequence function is verified in both the staging and production environments.
• All s1, s2 bugs and selected s3 bugs are fixed.
