Roll-out alignment for Bill To and Sold To contact management for CDot Admin
Problem
We are aiming development complete of all improvements within &9831 (closed) by end of FY24Q2 (End of July 2023). Before we start rolling out all the improvements we build, we need to make sure that everything is in place for a successful roll-out.
Proposal
We align and prepare the following tasks/issues before rolling out:

Create and update all relevant documentation in the handbook (e.g. fulfillment guide), docs and customers-gitlab-com repo. -
Communicate changes for go-live ~2 weeks upfront of roll-out date to relevant stakeholders in Billing, Support engineering, and Sales. -
Include where to provide feedback (e.g. issue or Slack channel) for stakeholders

Result
We have alignment on a smooth roll-out and our stakeholders are aware of it upfront.
