Update admin-related documentation for new contact workflows
Proposal
There will be admin-facing changes involved in Improve Bill To / Sold To Contact Management in... (&9831 - closed). As such, we need to make sure our admin-facing and internal docs are updated to account for these changes.
Documentation to consider:
- Internal used workflows (Admins / Support)
- User Contact Flows
- Sold To Update Flows MR
Be sure to cover the following scenarios:
- What happens when a Zuora Account or Contact is edited directly?
- What happens when a Customer is updated in CDot Admin panel?
- What happens when BillingAccountContact updated in CDot Admin panel?
