Seats price is double or more when manually renewing a multi years subscription
Summary
At the end of a multi (2) years subscription, a customer tries to renew the subscription manually and the price was shown as double per user. Maybe the system is trying to renew with the same terms, 2 years. The thing is that we do not allow purchase of multi years subscription in customer portal so would it be better to default back to 1 year when customer manually renew in customer portal?
Steps to reproduce
- Have a multi years subscription
- Try to renew the subscription
What is the current bug behavior?
When customer tries to renew a multi years subscription manually, the price is shown as double.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Customer is shown a one year subscription price as we only provide one year subscription through customer portal.

Workarounds
Purchase a new subscription and contact support to generate a working license
