This MR allows callers of benchmarkMarkAndSweep to determine whether to run with the RemoveUntagged option or not.

Presently, benchmarkMarkAndSweep does not account for tagging or untagging images and therefore no additional benchmarks have been created. This change is mostly to support future development.
