Add vacuum RemoveBlobs test and benchmarks
requested to merge 10-add-blob-deletion-tests into 10-optimize-the-s3-storage-driver-s-delete-function
This change is part of !24 (merged) and related to #10 (closed).
Adds a test and benchmarks for the new storage.vacuum.RemoveBlobs method. We'll need these for comparison with the the previously used storage.vacumm.RemoveBlob method.
