Add relationship between repositories and layers

Adds a new relationship between repositories and layers. So far the relation between both was not explicit (it was implicit, through the relationship between repositories and manifests(_lists)).

We now need to unlink blobs from repositories (for #75 (closed)) and therefore we need an explicit relationship between both.
