ci: include version in GDK and K8s version bump artifacts

This MR updates the internal release CLI so that the registry version is included in the MR title, commit message and branch name of GDK and K8s version bumps. This helps avoiding a name clash in case of leftover branches and makes it easier to locate changes by version.
