Support k3s 1.27

k3s version changes

• Adds k3s v1.27.1-k3s1 (I can't find a 1.27.0 in https://github.com/k3s-io/k3s/releases)

• Update previous k3s version patches

  • 1.26.5 - https://github.com/k3s-io/k3s/releases/tag/v1.26.5%2Bk3s1
  • 1.25.10 - https://github.com/k3s-io/k3s/releases/tag/v1.25.10%2Bk3s1
  • 1.24.14 - https://github.com/k3s-io/k3s/releases/tag/v1.24.14%2Bk3s1

• Removed previous k3s versions

  • 1.23.xx
  • 1.22.xx

  Note on version removal: we are removing 1.22.xx and 1.23.xx because we are only supporting versions 1.24.xx to 1.26.xx right now. Once we fully support Kubernetes 1.27 (scheduled for %16.3), then we will also remove 1.24.xx.

Additional changes

There is an additional change to the curl installation step to upgrade apk first to avoid curl errors like: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/cluster-integration/test-utils/k3s-gitlab-ci/-/jobs/4468970776

This is similar to the fix in gitlab-org/cluster-integration/cluster-applications!179 (merged)
