Bump trivy-k8s-wrapper image from 0.2.10 to 0.2.12

What are we changing

• Bump trivy-k8s-wrapper image from 0.2.10 to 0.2.12
• This image updates Trivy from 0.48.0 to 0.49.1 and bumps golang from 1.20 to 1.21

Why are we changing this?

For maintenance purposes we would like to keep using the latest trivy-k8s-wrapper image. This new version is using the latest Trivy image which means that we take advantage of new features, security fixes etc.
