Rename kubeApiUrl, k8sExtApiClient, cfgUrl, dummyKubeApiUrl, gitLabExternalUrl in the flux module

Follow up of !1227 (merged). The MR includes changes related to #468 (closed):

  • Rename gitLabExternalUrl to gitLabExternalURL in flux module
  • Rename dummyKubeApiUrl to dummyKubeAPIurl in flux module
  • Rename cfgUrl to cfgURL in flux module
  • Rename k8sExtApiClient to k8sExtAPIClient in flux module
  • Rename kubeApiUrl to kubeAPIurl in flux module
  • use consistent case for initialisms
