Adds --values .gitlab/auto-deploy-values.yaml when .gitlab/auto-deploy-values.yaml exists
Adds warning if this file does not exist
Allows .gitlab/auto-deploy-values.yaml to be overridden by setting HELM_UPGRADE_VALUES_FILE
