feat: env GITLAB_ENVIRONMENT added to deployment
Exposing the GITLAB_ENVIRONMENT variable in addition to GITLAB_ENVIRONMENT_NAME and GITLAB_ENVIRONMENT_URL in the deployed app can be useful, for example to get the database hostname.
