This is a companion MR of !178 (merged) to demonstrate its effect. IT IS NOT INTENDED FOR MERGING

  • An actual docs-only change runs no skip-if-docs-only jobs 59ff7b59
  • A sneaky non-docs change also skips jobs, but fails thanks to assert-docs-only 6a5d489a
