Feature: Add Helm recommended labels and allow for custom labels on resources

Consolidate the common labels across the resources in the chart and add the ability to add the "Standard Labels" from Helm. Also, added the ability to add custom labels to the resources (useful for cost tracking purposes for example, labelling pods with a squad/organization).
