feat: add arm64 buildpacks/pack

willian.eth requested to merge willianpaixao/auto-build-image:update-dockerfile into master

As initially state here, this image was not able to build ARM64 applications. With the addition of ARM64 builds in pack v0.25.0 we can finally fix this and make AutoDevOps build multi-arch applications. 🎉
