Tracking adoption and usage of GitLab Operator

Overview

We would like to be able to track usage ping related to the Operator.

Questions to be answered

1. How many users are concurrently using the Operator for install and upgrade?
2. What is the percentage of users on OpenShift vs Vanilla Kubernetes?

Actionable items

1. Patch installation_type content within Operator (see comment)
2. Confirm SiSense presence & dashboarding
3. Update Distributions handbook entries to reflect these additions
