* Move webservice from `anyuid` to `nonroot-v2` now that the
  puma memory killer was removed.
* Move all other workloads but NGINX ingress, from `nonroot`
  to `nonroot-v2`, which is more restrictive.
* Remove `anyuid` related RBAC resources.
