Add proxy read timeout to zoekt gateway

What does this MR do and why?

This MR is needed to fix Communication issues from external gateway to z... (#17 - closed). It adds timeout to the gateway.

We've noticed that we didn't add the timeout to the external nginx gateway. It's already present in the internal one.
