Update file create_test_vm.md to include cloud_connector_base_url in configuration

This change adds a new configuration setting to a GitLab test environment setup. Specifically, it adds a "CLOUD_CONNECTOR_BASE_URL" setting that points to GitLab's staging cloud service, alongside the existing configuration for license mode, AI gateway, and customer portal URLs.
