feat(api): detect Kiro terminal sessions

Description

Detect Kiro IDE terminal sessions as kiro-terminal when TERM_PROGRAM equals kiro, using the existing case-insensitive terminal fallback. Preserve the current detection precedence and ignore unrelated prefixes.

The terminal signal is evidenced by the installer shell-integration condition in Kiro #7169. Dedicated Kiro CLI and GitHub Copilot signals remain unverified, so this contribution covers terminal detection and does not close the broader issue.

How has this been tested?

  • New positive regression cases failed before the implementation.
  • Full internal/api tests and required Lefthook pre-commit and pre-push checks passed: build, lint with zero issues, 4,074 reverse-dependency tests with 8 skipped, and structural checks.
  • Added lowercase, mixed-case and false-positive cases.
  • Tested on macOS arm64 with Go 1.27.1; direct Kiro runtime verification was unavailable.

AI assistance was used to prepare the change. The code received independent review and local testing.
