docs(agents): drop the removed gen-config command
What
Removes the make gen-config line from the "Common commands" block in
AGENTS.md, and corrects what make generate actually produces.
Why
Both halves of that line are wrong:
gen-configis not a target in theMakefile.internal/config/config.yaml.lockdoes not exist. The lock file was the canonical config schema untilKeySchemaininternal/config/schema.goreplaced it, and the target went with it.AGENTS.mdalready documentsKeySchemacorrectly in the "Looking for a helper" section, so the two statements contradicted each other.
The make generate annotation was wrong for the same reason: the
//go:generate directives in the tree produce mockgen mocks and the
DPoP test keys, not config stubs.
An agent following the stale line gets No rule to make target 'gen-config', then goes looking for a file that isn't there.
How has this been tested?
lefthook run pre-push passes (markdownlint, lychee, build, lint;
Go tests and doc generation skip, since no Go or command files changed).
Confirmed gen-config is absent from the Makefile target list and that
config.yaml.lock has no remaining references anywhere in the repo.
