docs: create release command - clarify example reference for assets-links

Description

Changes the help text for --asset-links option of glab create release to point users to the Examples section instead of the docs.

Also adds 'packages' as an example asset in the comment above the example, just in case someone searches the page for that word specifically. A minor change to address the feedback in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/work_items/606264.
