  • Generate public config-setting and environment-variable help from KeySchema.
  • Keep CLI-managed state hidden while documenting every public config key and schema environment variable exactly once.
  • Preserve hand-authored process environment guidance and Fang/Cobra help behavior, then regenerate the command documentation.

  • focused race tests and repository vet checks
  • exact schema/help coverage invariants: 41 config rows and 24 environment rows
  • make gen-docs idempotence

  • fresh normal-clone full suite
