Description

New documentation: Adds a guide for developers who need to test the GitLab CLI tool against GitLab's staging environment (to test SaaS changes before they reach prod). The guide explains how to configure glab to work with staging instead of the GitLab.com, including step-by-step setup instructions and special considerations for testing AI-powered features.
