Description

In chore: Check link fragments in markdownlint (gitlab-vscode-extension!1303 - merged) we caught that rule MD051 was disabled in markdownlint. This rule checks internal URLs in the docs that contain fragments, and fails if those fragments don't exist.

We should have this enabled. Let's have good link hygiene.
