chore: simpler installation method from binary if Go is available

Description

This provides a simplified way for building and installing from source.

Unsure how desirable it can be compared to make install, but maybe make install is not really needed in such cases.

How has this been tested?

Yes, using gitlab-compose-kit in a make shell environment.
