Link on README.md (Feature flag enabled by default in GitLab 13.3.) gives 404. I was not able to find the issue number 216478, because for some reason, it doesn't exist. But I did some research and I was able to find the relevant section from releases page (https://about.gitlab.com/releases/2020/08/22/gitlab-13-3-released/#junit-report-improvements) and linked it.
