Adding /epic command so that showcase issues automatically show up on the FY24-Q1 epic: FY24-Q1 Ops Engineering Showcase (gitlab-com&2099 - closed)

Pros: makes showcasing more efficient

No need to remember to assign issues to the epic
We can remove the gdoc, since the epic child issues view serves the same purpose

Cons: need to remember to update the epic link every quarter to the new epic.
