Update golangci-lint to 1.43.0

Pedro Pombeiro (OOO from July 16th till Aug 7th) requested to merge pedropombeiro/update-golangci-lint into master

In the interest of not staying too far behind in terms of tooling, let's update the targetted golangci-lint version to v1.43.0.
