Update default branch for GitLab Runner and helm chart

Why was this MR needed?

In gitlab-org/gitlab-runner#27239 (closed) the default branch for gitlab-org/gitlab-runner and gitlab-org/charts/gitlab-runner changed to main. The master branch will be removed. Update the checklist to reflect this to use main branch instead of master.
