Add support for linux/s390x
We are in the process of adding s390x Docker images to GitLab Runner, however the docker-machine repo does not contain s390x releases. This MR adds s390x as a target platform.
As of 2024-05-14 a change has been implemented to enforce access token expiry. If you see higher numbers of HTTP 401 responses, please check tokens that may have expired.
