Add example use of subnet array
What does this MR do?
Provide an example of how to use the Subnet array in the config.toml. Based on test files introduced as part of MR !81 (merged).
Why was this MR needed?
Customer provided feedback to Support that the docs did not make it clear how to use multiple subnets in the configuration.
