What does this MR do?

In gitlab-org/gitlab-runner!3023 (merged) we changed to use ${CI_JOB_TOKEN} instead of a private token, but did not adapt the name of the header passed, so releases stopped working, as pointed in gitlab-org/gitlab-runner!3023 (comment 631195282).

Why was this MR needed?

To fix releases in this project.
