This basically applies the changes suggested in https://gitlab.com/charts/gitlab/issues/1421#note_189588131
Should the validation of the image be disabled by default, or should this only be done by the user when he wants to push windows images? I don't quite understand how the image validation process works and if it is insecure to just skip it.
