Fix indenting and type of code blocks on restore page
The restore page contained some invalid indenting for the code blocks, which made the numbered lists wrong. One of them (in "Restore the rails secrets") contained only 1's, while the other one (in "(Optional) Reset the root user’s password") looked....horrible.
