Fix Charts/gitlab#917 by adding .Release.Namespace to relevant resources

Said resources are namespaced in Kubernetes, but did not get the namespace set in the Helm chart, so that tiller would inject that. But that does not work when using helm template . | kubectl apply - or something similar.
