The ai-gateway Helm chart (0.15.1, a dependency of GitLab chart 10.3.1) renders imagePullSecrets only from its own .Values.imagePullSecrets and never reads global.image.pullSecrets, the key every GitLab-owned component consumes through the gitlab.image.pullSecrets helper. Its grpc-tls-proxy subchart has the same gap.

Instrumentor sets global.image.pullSecrets for prerelease tenants; Helm passes it to the subchart, which was ignored.
