Registry: Align property names for certificates

Align property names for certificates used for JWT tokens regarding the registry authentication.

• Update omnibus and registry charts to match the layout of the unicorn chart's secrets
• Update all related documentation with the new names/layout
• Update .gitlab-ci.yml because we updated the charts.
