Resolve "Expand Unicorn chart to allow configuration with Registry"

Jason Plum requested to merge 87-unicorn-attach-registry into master

Add the necessary configuration to hook up the unicorn chart to the deployed registry chart. This layout also allows for configuring an external registry if necessary.

Update doc/example-config.yaml with the changes.
