Replace Aurora with PostgreSQL

Achilleas Pipinellis requested to merge ap-replace-aurora into master

What does this MR do?

Our documentation suggests AWS Aurora as a compatible database service. However, our AWS install documentation recommends RDS for PostgreSQL and we do not test GitLab against Aurora. Additionally, members of the Customer Success team report seeing problems with Aurora. This updates this documentation to recommend RDS for PostgreSQL instead of Aurora.
